Who You Trust and Who You Dont!
|
| Saturday, December 27, 2008 |
For the last two weeks, I was running 5 minutes of the study of trends in marketing. Hundreds of people have given their contribution.
[If you have not yet taken the survey, do so. Your contribution is important and will help me know what you need to succeed in your own business: http://All-In-One-Business.com/5-minute]
It was the opening of the eye.
Two of the issues with whom you trust and do not trust the information online. I am amazed at what emerges.
I expected more people from all be roughly equal to the "who you trust," one person still at the moment is 25% of the vote and nobody else has more than 5%.
The same thing is happening on the "who you do not trust" Question: While almost everyone is mentioned a couple of votes, a person receives 33% of the vote.
I assume that both have made their mark, either for good or bad.
[In addition, once the investigation is closed I'll give you the names of two of them. If I speak now, it could distort the results. You can obtain a complete copy of survey results by taking the survey. You will be redirected to a page where you can register for results by e-mail. See the link above.]
Here is the point of application for the rest of us:
We are all building our reputation online-either good or bad all day. If you work in affiliate marketing, you build your web presence, your newsletter, your e-mails.
If you have your own product (s) you are also the construction by product quality, speed of customer service, value your expertise.
Everything you do is ultimately available to almost everyone. You never know when a personal correspondence or customer service e-mail will be posted in a forum. You never know when the person who sends you an e-mail apparently impolite May also hold the key to your future success.
The message: Build your business by grace, integrity and diligence. I guarantee it will be profitable.
I set up a resource of "cut and paste" customer service e-mails for you to edit and use in your own business. Through these can not only build your reputation, they will also save you time. You can pick them up here:
